Start the day early. Get things done without interruption. Respond to emails. Do your to-do list, beginning with what you need to accomplish the first two or three hours of the day. Throw in some exercise.

Work with the best. Only use outside resources who are the best in their fields.
Stay healthy. Eat well, get some exercise and the sleep you need.
Unwind with your family. Don’t bring work home. Take regular family vacations
