After several fantastic Citywide home loans under my belt, I contacted Jim since I needed a home loan in northern Michigan. He was great to work with, he kept me informed during the entire process and was always very professional and helpful.. Did I mention that that had very high expectations because of my previous experiences? Jim didn’t disappoint. He is the first lender I have ever worked with who allowed me to text him. Even though I am in a different time zone (by two hours), I would email or text him well after business hours because I wanted to ask him something while I was thinking about it and he would reply. After that happened many times, I tried to respect his off hours, but he even helped me while he was sick. That’s exceptional customer service!
